ABOUT US
Mike was raised within the hospitality arena, having grown up in Scotland
where his parents owned and managed a successful Hotel throughout his childhood.
He and his family moved to Pembrokeshire in the 1970s after his parents acquired a Caravan Park within the region.
It is here where Mike and Julie met.
After they married in 1983, the couple helped Mike's parents run the family business.
In 1988 they decided to venture out and purchased a caravan park in Newquay, Ceredigion, where they raised their two children,
Sam and Chris.
In 1996 they further acquired the local village restaurant, and proceeded to build up what was a thriving business in the area.
Pembrokeshire came calling In 2006 as they decided they wanted to return to the place where it all began, in search of a quieter life together. The search for a Guest House began.
That search was realised in 2007 when they purchased The Manian.

From the moment of enquiry about a possible booking,
our greatest wish is to create a holiday booking experience where you feel your individual needs and requirements
come first.
We have invested heavily in the renovation of previously tired Self Catering Apartments into 8 beautiful Bed &
Breakfast Suites. Coupled with the rooms within the main property, we have accommodation for up to
14 bookings at any given time.
Families of all sizes can be accommodated with us and
you will find the best possible prices by booking
directly with us.
The Manian also boasts a fully licensed restaurant and
bar for your convenience, however we also recommend
other eateries around Pembrokeshire, should
you wish to dine further afield.
No ask is too great during your stay with us.
